Energy Healing for Animals
Reiki and Rahanni — offered gently, and always led by your animal.
I am qualified in both Animal Reiki and Rahanni Angelic Healing. Rather than asking you to choose between them, I work intuitively - taking a moment at the start of each session to sense what is most needed, and bringing forward the approach that best serves your animal on that particular day.
Energy healing is never done to an animal. It is offered. The animal decides how much they receive, and that is always respected.
THE TWO MODALITIES
Animal Reiki
Reiki works with the body's natural life force energy to support balance, calm, and the animal's own innate capacity for healing. It is gentle, non-invasive, and requires nothing of the animal - they are free to engage, move away, or simply rest nearby throughout.
It is particularly well suited to anxious, sensitive, or traumatised animals; elderly animals; those recovering from illness, injury, or surgery; and animals in palliative care. Because it is offered rather than applied, it tends to work well even with animals who are wary of handling or unfamiliar people.
Rahanni Angelic Healing
Rahanni works at a higher vibrational frequency than Reiki, with a particular focus on the heart centre. It is a deeply calming modality, often most helpful where emotional healing is the priority - for animals who have experienced trauma, significant loss, a difficult start in life, or a major change in their circumstances.
Like all energy healing, Rahanni is offered without expectation. I follow the animal's lead throughout.
WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE
I begin by spending a moment with your animal - observing their demeanour, their energy, and what seems to be present for them that day. I then offer the healing in whichever form feels most appropriate, working quietly and without expectation of any particular response.
Some animals settle deeply - slowing their breathing, closing their eyes, or lying down. Some move around and return. Some position themselves near by without direct contact. Some simply rest in the same space. All of these are welcome responses. The animal is always in charge of how the session unfolds.
It is not uncommon for animals to show signs of integration over the following day or two - deeper sleep, a shift in mood or energy, or a quiet period before a noticeable change. I am always available to answer any questions after your session.
My clients often feel that the healing session helps them too - the energy goes where it is needed. Animals who tend to benefit most
Energy healing can be offered to any animal. It is particularly valued for:
• Anxious, reactive, or sensitive animals — including those who have not responded well to other
approaches
• Rescue animals, or those with a difficult or unknown history
• Animals going through significant change — a new home, a new animal companion, bereavement, or
illness
• Animals with long-standing emotional patterns that seem resistant to change
• Elderly animals, or those in palliative care, where comfort and calm are the priority

ONLINE AND IN-PERSON
How sessions are delivered
Energy healing works equally well at a distance. Remote sessions are available year-round to clients anywhere in the UK, and are often preferred for animals who are anxious about new people or environments, or who are simply most comfortable at home.
For remote sessions, I work while connected energetically with your animal. You do not need to do anything to prepare them - simply allow them to be wherever they are comfortable.
In-person sessions are available across Essex and surrounding counties from September to May.
