A meet and greet is an essential part of Rowan’s House care.   It allows you, your animals, and your sitter to meet in advance, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and confident.

The purpose of the meet and greet is to:

• Confirm that Rowan’s House is the right fit for your pets and home
• Allow your animals to become familiar with me in their own environment
• Discuss routines, medical needs, and any concerns
• Ensure there is no pressure to book unless you feel completely at ease

Meet and greets are:

• 1 hour long 
• Free of charge within Essex
• £10 for Kent, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Sussex (payable in advance)
