Each pet is cared for as an individual, with attention given to their specific feeding times, medications, mobility needs, and preferred levels of interaction. Extra care is taken to maintain calm within the household, reducing stress and helping animals settle quickly into their normal rhythm.
Rowan’s House works with a small number of clients at a time, allowing care to be delivered in an unhurried and observant way — particularly important in homes where animals have different or competing needs.
